Corsica is about 100 miles long and 50 miles wide, yet it's crenellated coastline twists and turns so much the island's shoreline expands to 1000 kilometers (621.371 miles).

Sartene (Sar-TeN): On the West coast of Corsica, a bit closer to Bonifaccio than Ajaccio, the town of Sartene is roughly 12 miles from the sea.

Cervioni (Chair-v-Own-e): On the East cost of Corsica, south of Bastia (a little lower than Calvi on this map). It is a mountain village approximately 5 miles from the sea.
